The Process

Inventory the house
Walk every room and list what is there: furniture, valuables, documents, and the everyday. The inventory sets the plan.

Find the valuables first
Antiques, art, jewelry, and collectibles go to appraisers and buyers who give real values, while the rest of the process waits.

Give family first claim
Relatives get the chance to take what matters, by a deadline, so nothing meaningful leaves the family by accident.

Donate, sell, and recycle
The partner crews route usable items to charities, sell the quality pieces, and recycle the rest, with receipts for the estate file.

Hand the empty home to the sale
With the house cleared, staging, photos, and the listing go fast, and the cleanout is financed by the sale itself.
