Saturday nights on the farm have become a Redland ritual. Every Saturday from 7 to 11 at night, The Berry Farm at 13720 SW 216th Street opens two outdoor dance floors: one for country line dancing, and a second added this year for Latin rhythms, salsa, bachata, merengue and reggaeton.

Two floors, one easy night

The setup lets couples and friends move between styles without leaving the farm: a country floor with the classics, a Latin floor with the rhythms that fill South Florida parties. The night is all ages and open to the sky, with the farm's fields and palms around the edges and string lights overhead. Admission is 15 dollars online in advance or 10 at the door for ages 21 and over, with a separate ticket for guests 20 and under.

The Redland's own Saturday night

The series runs weekly through December 26, which means it overlaps the farm's harvest weekends and its Winter Festival. Families can spend the afternoon at the farm and let the evening turn into a date night, or couples can make the drive from Homestead, Cutler Bay or Pinecrest just for the dancing. No experience is required: line dancing is built to be learned on the floor.
